How to Pay Your Bill
We provide a number of payment options
Paying by monthly instalments
We do accept payment by monthly standing order. A standing order form can be obtained by telephoning 01226 737332 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. This telephone number also has an answerphone facility should you need to call outside of office hours. Please leave a message quoting your customer reference number and a form will be sent to you in the post as soon as the office opens. You can also contact your bank and arrange for monthly instalments by asking your bank to make payments to account number 45556717 and sort code 60-60-05. Your bank must quote your customer reference number. There is no additional fee for paying by this method.
By debit card or credit card
We accept Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and Delta debit card or Visa and MasterCard payments. If you wish to pay by this method please telephone 01226 737332 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. There is no additional fee for paying by this method.
Please make cheques payable to Kelda Water Services (Defence) Limited. Please do not send cash. Write your customer reference number on the back and return with the payment slip from the invoice to:
